Grand Hotel Moderne Lourdes

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was unbeatable, right at the center of all the activities. We could easily witness the pilgrims making their way to and from the site. The staff here were wonderful and very helpful. We had exceptional assistance from the receptionist who worked the evening shift. He guided us to a parking space in the crowded city. The building itself is beautifully intact, with an elegant wooden stairway and a charming, classic vibe. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a huge bathroom featuring a wet room style shower that was a joy to use. The balcony connected with the bedroom, providing a pleasant outdoor space.

Great location, close to the church and shops. The hotel had a charming old charm and was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a family room with a balcony that offered beautiful views of the bustling streets and mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable. The family dinner we arranged at the hotel's restaurant was lovely, with a special flower arrangement for my grandmother. The bar was a safe and secure place to hang out at night. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious.

The hotel was amazing, just walking distance from the grotto and all the shops. Spacious rooms with opened balconies. Friendly and efficient staff, especially Thierry at the restaurant, Lolita and Paolo at the reception desk. The location was awesome, with easy access to activities and religious events. The gift shop attached to the hotel had the lowest prices and gave us a free candle for the Mary procession. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff had good English language skills. The hotel offered a cost-effective laundry service and parking nearby in a garage.

The hotel also had great facilities, such as a by-the-kilogram laundry service which was more affordable than the usual dry cleaning option.
